Wedding Gate Matrimony is a matrimonial matchmaking service with its Headquarter in Pune, India and is not to be held responsible for any issues whatsoever that arise after successful conclusion of our matchmaking process and related services. We are only responsible for providing compatible profiles using our experience, expertise and skills. We only encourage both the parties to conclude a match after the positive consent and agreement between both the parties.
2. It is the sole responsibility of every individual opting to use our services to provide true and factual information about themselves and their background. Providing false information is unethical and illegal, and may attract legal action against the individual furnishing incorrect information. All benefits under this agreement should be withheld/forfeited/suspended for an individual providing false information.
3. Wedding Gate Matrimony does not carry out any investigation and background checks on individual profiles. We leave this responsibility to matrimonial prospects and/or their family members or friends to carry out their independent checks and investigations before concluding a matrimonial decision. Hence, we shall not be held responsible for any veiled or false information provided by any individual or matrimonial prospect for unethical purpose or intent.
4. The registration form shall be completely filled by the applicant. Any information excluded shall not be considered for matchmaking. Failing to provide incomplete or false information will result in cancellation of registration, without any reimbursement for the registration fees.
5. Any change in the personal/family credentials of the individual as mentioned in their profile, shall be communicated to Wedding Gate Matrimony immediately within a maximum time of seven days, failing which will result in the cancellation of the profile.
6. The company reserves the right to add/delete/alter/modify/cancel any ancillary/complimentary services or its parts as and when it deems fit.
7. The company reserves the right to cancel the registration of any individual if their candidature is sought unfit for the interests of the company and its prospects/clients/other applicants. Moreover, the company is under no obligation to find any definite or indefinite number of matches for an individual candidate if there aren’t any matching the criteria. Finding a match entirely depends upon the viability of your profile and preferences.
8. The company is under no obligation to provide the personal information of any applicant to any other interested applicants/seeker, unless it has a written consent from the owner of the profile.
9. The entire content and structure of this website is the sole property of Wedding Gate Matrimony. Any component of this Website (including content and colour schemas) shall not be copied or reproduced in any manner without the prior consent of the company. This is a copyrighted intellectual property, and any sort of piracy and/or unauthorized use can result in a serious legal action. Any legal actions or procedures will be conducted only under the Indian Jurisdiction. The provisions of the Arbitration Act will be applicable.
10. The company reserves the right to amend this disclaimer whenever it deems right. The then state of a disclaimer upon the registration date of an applicant shall be considered for resolving any legal or non-legal disputes.
11. All payments for services at Wedding Gate Matrimony Services have to be made in favour of “Wedding Gate Matrimony” only. We have not authorized any individual or organization to collect payments in any other name (i.e. any other individual or organization name) or via personal Western Union or personal Paypal Accounts or Google/Apple Pay for any services rendered by Wedding Gate Matrimony Services. You are informed that under no circumstances will Wedding Gate Matrimony Services be liable for any damage caused in your business transaction to such fraudulent individuals or organizations. To protect your business interests, please contact us immediately if any such fraudulent individual or organization tries to mislead you.
